Some football shirts are sold in different versions, including player-style versions and fan-version shirts. Unless clearly stated on a specific product page, products sold by FanKits are fan-version supporter shirts, not player-version shirts.

FanKits is an independent online store. Unless clearly stated on a specific product page, products are not official club, league, tournament, or sportswear-brand merchandise, and FanKits is not affiliated with any club, league, tournament, or sportswear brand shown in product naming or imagery.

We aim to display product information, images, pricing, sizing, and availability as accurately as possible.

Product colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen, supplier images, product batches, and manufacturing differences.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you about the next available option.

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring your product selection, size, personalisation details, delivery address, email address, and phone number are correct.

After your order is placed, we may not be able to change size, personalisation, or delivery details if the order has already been sent to the supplier or moved into fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order where there is an error, suspected fraud, stock issue, payment issue, pricing issue, or other reasonable business reason.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. FanKits does not store full card details on the website.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates only. Delays can occur due to supplier processing, courier delays, customs, peak periods, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of incorrect customer details, we may need to charge additional costs to resend or resolve the order.

Some orders may be fulfilled directly by our supplier and sent directly to the customer.

By placing an order, you agree that we may share the order details required for fulfilment, including product details, size, personalisation details, name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

If you request personalisation, such as a custom name or number, you are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, size, and details before ordering.

Personalised items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanKits is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
